The clubhouse is a complete renovation and expansion of the former facility and the new Clubhouse features over 14,000 square feet of space, including an expanded golf pro shop, indoor space for carts, office spaces, and an elegant restaurant and bar and grill services.

The new restaurant, "The Riverview," is aptly named as it overlooks the scenic Wicomico River. Its banquet facility is designed to accommodate every requirement for business meetings, events, weddings and receptions and can accommodate seating capacity for 175 people. A fully stocked bar includes a generous selection of Maryland wines and wines from some of the worlds best grape growing regions. The food menu encompasses a wide variety of Southern Maryland favorites. The new facility also offers state-of-the-art audio visual equipment for corporate meetings.

The staff is now taking reservations for events. The restaurant will be open soon on a daily basis from 11:00 am until 8:30 pm and the menu includes a variety of choices and specials such as crab cakes, salads, sandwiches, pasta entrees and a kids menu. Custom menus are available for banquets and receptions that fit many styles and budgets.

Jay Morgan is the food, beverage and banquet operations manager at the Riverview. He brings over 25 years of food service management experience to this new facility at Wicomico Shores, located 14 miles north of Leonardtown on Aviation Yacht Club Road in Chaptico.
