Development Services
 Development Services is responsible for processing and reviewing
subdivision
and site plan proposals, coordinating development review comments from
Technical Evaluation Committee
(TEC) agencies preparing case files, agendas, legal advertisements and
reports for
Planning Commission
and Board of County Commissioners, providing secondary support to
Board of Appeals. In addition, the
division is responsible for responding to inquiries from developers,
engineers, surveyors and landowners regarding the requirements of the plan
approval process.

Want to check on the status of your project? If you have your project
file number, click

view your plan review comments. After you submit your project file number,
you will see your project information. From there, click on Reviews in the
left hand navigation column. Select the appropriate Review Description and
you will be able to view the Comments/Logs.
