CALENDAR OF EVENTS

September 18
Interactive Murder Mystery Dinner
Presented by the Friends of the St. Clement's Island and Piney Point Museums, this wacky fundraiser will take place at Lenny's Restaurant in California, MD.

The evening begins with a social hour (cash bar) at 6 p.m., followed by live and silent auctions, and a scrumptious dinner.  Scripts and props for the evening performance will be handed out at this time, searching for those with outgoing personalities willing to ham it up and offer over-the-top performances.  This is a totally UNREHEARSED performance which adds to the hilarity!

Tickets will go on sale August 1.

Individuals, businesses or organizations wishing to donate to the auction or provide door prizes should contact Carol Cribbs at the St. Clement's Island Museum at 301-769-2222 or carol.cribbs@stmarysmd.com

September 18 & 19
Maryland Lighthouse Challenge
The Chesapeake Chapter of the U. S. Lighthouse Society announced the cancellation of the 2010 Maryland Lighthouse Challenge.  The event will be brought back in 2011.

The Museum Division will once again proudly support this event upon it's return in September of 2011.
