CALENDAR OF EVENTS
September 18
Interactive Murder Mystery Dinner
Presented by the Friends of the St.
Clement's Island and Piney Point Museums,
this wacky fundraiser will take place at
Lenny's Restaurant in California, MD.
The evening begins with a social hour (cash
bar) at 6 p.m., followed by live and silent
auctions, and a scrumptious dinner. Scripts
and props for the evening performance will
be handed out at this time, searching for
those with outgoing personalities willing to
ham it up and offer over-the-top
performances. This is a totally UNREHEARSED
performance which adds to the hilarity!
Tickets will go on sale August 1.

Maryland Lighthouse Challenge
The Chesapeake Chapter of the U. S. Lighthouse
Society announced the cancellation of the 2010 Maryland Lighthouse
Challenge. The event will be brought back in 2011.
The Museum Division will once again proudly support this event
upon it's return in September of 2011.

Blessing of the Fleet
The 7th District Optimist Club proudly presents the 43rd Annual Blessing of the Fleet on the grounds of the St. Clement's Island Museum in Colton's Point, MD.
This two-day event will offer an array of live entertainment, fabulous food and craft vendors, amusements for kids, demonstrations, fireworks, parade, boat rides to St. Clement's Island, and much, much more!

25th Annual Christmas Doll and Train Exhibit
Catch the holiday spirit and celebrate 25 years of this holiday museum tradition! It's our Silver Anniversary! Kids 1 to 101 will enjoy the array of antique and collectible dolls, toys and working miniature trains!
