Walk In, Fax, and Mail In, and On Line Registration Begins on March 22nd^:

REGISTRATION:  Camp registration opens March 22^nd until filled. Walk-in, mail-in, or fax-in registration at the Recreation and Parks main office, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Or on-line by clicking on the On Line Registration link at the top of any Recreation & Parks webpage. http://www.co.saint-marys.md.us/recreate

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION: Camp registration will ONLY be confirmed upon receipt of the following:

1. Completed Registration Form I

2. Completed Registration Form H

3.  Weekly camp fee

REFUND POLICY:  In order for a refund to be considered all requests for transfers or cancellations must be placed in writing at least one week prior to the appropriate camp date(s). Refunds will take approximately 30 days to process.

• First request -      a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee.
• Second request - a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.
• Third request -     a 50% refund for all the camp weeks transferred or cancelled.
• A refund will not be considered for any additional requests.

Note: A “request” may and should include all the weeks either transferred or cancelled.

FIELD TRIP INFORMATION – All field trip fees are included in the weekly fee. All children attending camp, must go on field trip;  no alternate care is available. Fees will NOT be prorated if child does not attend field trip.  If bus space is available, parents/guardians may chaperone.  All entrance fees are chaperones responsibility. Trips are all tentative and subject to change without prior notice.
