I hereby certify, according to Article 33, Section 3-22, Annotated Code of Maryland that I am a registered voter in the State of Maryland and the requested lists will not be used for commercial solicitation or other business purposes.

The following items can be ordered by calling the Board of Elections office at 301-475-7844 x1610

  • Absentee Ballot Mailing List  --- $.25 per page
  • Past Election Results ---   $.25 per page
  • Election District and Precinct Map -- $10.00

In order to purchase a CD or a list of the St. Mary's County Registered voter's you must complete the Application for Voter Registration Data Please click here to download an application.

Once the application is complete, enclose your payment and mail to:
