Citizens Review Board for Children

Meetings are held four times a year at the St. Mary's County Department of Social Services; 23110 Leonard Hall Drive, Leonardtown, MD

Purpose: To monitor child welfare systems and review cases of children in out-of-home placement, make recommendations and advocate to improve the administration of the system and the management of individual cases.

Composition: 7 members appointed by the Governor

Tenure: 4-year terms
