The 1st award was to Philip H. Dorsey III for the restoration and renovation done to historic St. Peters Chapel in Leonardtown

This was the 2nd award to the owners of Cecil's Mill.  Restoration of the waterwheel at Cecil's Mill was a family affair.  Started by John T. Cecil, Sr., and finished by his son, J.
