Meetings are held the second Monday of every other month, starting January 121, 2009, 8:00 a.m., Recreation and Parks Conference Room of the Patuxent Building, 23150 Leonard Hall Drive, Leonardtown, MD. The May 11 meting will be held at the St. Clements Island Museum, 38370 Bayview Road, Colton's Point, Maryland. March, July and November meetings will also be held at the Recreation and Parks Conference Room of the Patuxent Building at 23150 Leonard hall Drive, Leonardtown, MD 20650. September 14, 2009 meeting will be held at the Piney Point Lighthouse Museum, 44701 Lighthouse Road, Piney Point, Maryland.

Purpose:  To promote through the establishment and maintenance of a Museum and allied projects, programs which will bring about a better understanding and appreciation by the community of history, art, and the sciences indigenous to its area.

Composition:  II members appointed by the County Commissioners, of whom one shall be the President of the 7^th District Optimist Club or designee, and one member being the President of the Friends of the Museum or designee.

Tenure:  Five- year terms
